Sipho Dube

Sipho Dube and John Bassi combine their extensive business and aviation experience to offer a solid operational platform from which to conduct specialized helicopter services.

A well known Free State businessman and highly respected community leader, Sipho has dreamt of entering the aviation industry since childhood. Sipho has had many years of experience dealing with the public and public relations as well as new business development. As a game farm owner and keen conservationist, Mr Dube’s interests lie both in nature as well as the aviation business world.

Sipho grew up around the mines in Welkom, obtained his matric and opened his first business in 1985. He has always dreamt of becoming the first black Free State based owner of a helicopter. His surname, Dube, means zebra, and to honor his family name Sipho had always wanted a game farm, a dream which came true in 2006.
